After the sudden cancellation of Big Ocean’s 2026 European tour, the group used music to turn a difficult situation into a message of hope.

On May 17th, Big Ocean held a special online concert exclusively for their European tour ticket holders. During the show, they surprised fans by performing their new song, “Make It Up To You,” two days before its official release.

Jiseok, PJ, and Chanyeon co-wrote the track to convey a personal message. In the song, the group connects directly with their European fans by naming the cities they couldn’t visit and singing phrases in local languages.

The track is a heartfelt dedication to their fans, “Pado,” a name that translates to “wave” in Korean. It’s a tribute to everyone who has patiently waited for the group.

“We couldn’t be there in person, but we never stopped thinking about you. This song is our way of saying — we’re coming back, and we’ll make it up to you,” Big Ocean shared.

The music video shares this same hopeful message. It opens with the members missing a meeting, but by the end, they all arrive at the ocean to be with “Pado.”
